Italian Summer pairings | Cannoli & Wine

Italian Summer Pairings:
Pistachio Cannoli paired with Chardonnay-
The pistachio’s creamy, nutty character complements the buttery, nutty notes of the Chardonnay creating a seamless congruent pairing.
Cherry Cannoli paired with Cabernet Sauvignon-
The cannoli’s mild sweetness makes it a good match for this dry wine, and the cherry flavors complement the Cabernet Sauvignon’s fruity profile.
Classic Cannoli paired with Riesling-
The light, delicate flavors of the cannoli and Riesling complement each other for a balanced, enjoyable pairing

Italian Summer pairings | Gelato & Wine
Available Daily Through August 31st
Vanilla Gelato paired with White Peach Elderflower- This pairing is inspired by peaches and cream
Chocolate Gelato with Chambourcin- This pairing is inspired by chocolate-covered strawberries.
Strawberry Basil Gelato with Vino Rosato- the wine’s berry notes harmonize beautifully with the gelato, and its low acidity enhances the richness of the ice cream.

Picnics in the vineyard for two
Saturdays & Sundays in July & August
Gather together for a quiet afternoon in the vineyard with a thoughtfully packed picnic tote—filled with Folino favorites like antipasti sandwiches, charcuterie, mini cannoli, and your choice of wine. You’ll be guided to your reserved spot, shaded and set for a peaceful moment among the vines.
It’s meant to feel unrushed. Just time to sip, savor, and share the view.
Each picnic includes everything you need—and the tote is yours to keep. Enhancements like Frosé are available when booking.
Included in your picnic tote:
Choose from either (1) signature bottle of wine or (2) cans Honeysuckle or Spritz (may mix cans)
Cheese charcuterie
House marinated olives
2 antipasti sandwiches
2 Caesar salads
4 mini cannolis

Each tote feeds two guests, additional picnic totes may be purchased to accommodate up to 4 guests at each seating. Must be 21+.
Weather & Cancellation Policy
Our picnics are designed to be enjoyed outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of the vineyard—they are weather permitting.
If we need to cancel due to weather or essential vineyard work, you may reschedule, request a full refund, or receive a gift card.
If your plans change and you need to cancel, we’re happy to offer a gift card for the full amount of your reservation.
I understand that by voluntarily participating in this outdoor event held in an active vineyard, I may encounter natural and environmental conditions that present certain risks. These may include, but are not limited to, uneven ground, insects, wildlife, changing weather conditions, and potential exposure to agricultural substances.
Paint & sip
Saturday, July 26th 6:30pm-8:30pm
Escape the heat and spend a laid-back afternoon in our cool barrel room for a self-guided paint & sip inspired by Italian summer. Choose from one of four cheerful lemon-themed pieces to paint at your own pace, sip wine as you go, and enjoy a light bite while you create. Each guest receives a 10% off voucher for our bottle shop and a finished painting to take home as a sunny reminder of the day. Wine, art, and a little escape—salute to summer. Selection of art is first come first serve.

Ferragosto: A Tour of Italy Dinner

Join us as we celebrate Ferragosto, Italy’s cherished summer holiday rooted in ancient Roman tradition and now known as a time to gather, feast, and enjoy the season’s peak.
Our Ferragosto dinner is a festive 4-course, wine-paired experience inspired by a culinary journey across Italy. From north to south, each course will spotlight a regional favorite—featuring vibrant, seasonal ingredients with sun-ripened tomatoes at the heart of the menu.
Crafted to feel like a warm evening in the Italian countryside, this dinner invites you to slow down, savor, and celebrate summer with us.

Winery tour & sommelier tasting

Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do—and each quarter, we open our cellar doors for a guided experience that brings our winemaking story to life.
This tour includes a one-ounce pour of our Sommelier selection: six wines thoughtfully selected by our sommelier each season to highlight the character, craftsmanship, and seasonal spirit of our portfolio. From there, you’ll explore our production space and learn how each bottle comes to be, from vineyard to glass.
Whether you’re a new Folino Family Club member, a longtime friend, or just beginning your journey with us, this event is a space to connect, ask questions, and share in the rhythm of the winery.

BArre3 in the vineyard

Join us for a unique and invigorating experience at Folino Estate Winery! We’re excited to host a special Barre3 Free Community Class in the beautiful surroundings of our vineyard. Immerse yourself in a full-body workout that combines strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. Whether you’re a Barre3 enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this class is designed to energize and rejuvenate you!
After the Barre3 class, reward yourself with a delicious treat! We’re serving light bites and refreshing sangrias, the perfect way to unwind and socialize with fellow attendees.

Goat yoga in the vineyard

Start your morning with a smile at Baby Goat Yoga in the vineyard. This lighthearted outdoor class combines gentle yoga with the playful energy of baby goats, set among the vines for a truly unique experience.

Fall wreath | Make & Take workshop

Celebrate the season with a hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own fall wreath using natural elements and autumn-inspired accents. Guided by our in-house floral designer, you’ll craft a wreath to take home—perfect for adding a warm, seasonal touch to your space.

Harvest Sundays | Vineyard Tractor rides & Pumpmkin painting
Weekly from October 5th to October 26th
Join us on Sundays in October for Vineyard Tractor Rides and Pumpkin Painting! A family friendly afternoon where you’ll take a tractor ride in the vineyard to pick your own pumpkin, then enjoy pumpkin painting in the Wine Garden. Indulge in your favorite fall-inspired snacks and drinks, available for purchase in the Wine Garden, or make a reservation to dine with us in the Tasting Lounge.
