Sommelier Allocation

For centuries, vendemmia has been at the heart of Italian life. Long before modern winemaking, families would gather in the vineyards as summer turned to autumn, working side by side to bring in the year’s grapes. Your Fall Wine Club selection reflects this heritage, with hand-picked wines chosen to share the warmth of the harvest and the beauty of the season of transition.

 

White Peach Elderflower 

A late-summer favorite, its delicate sweetness complements roasted or glazed dishes.
 

Estate Pinot Noir Rosé 

Elegant and versatile, bridging summer and fall with subtle earthiness. Pair with baked brie and fruit chutney
—or simply enjoy on its own.
 

Merlot

Light, savory, and structured, it pairs beautifully with roasted dishes and root vegetables.
 

Chardonnay

A perfect fall white, offering notes of apple, pear, and butterscotch with a creamy texture.
 

Valentino

Jammy dark fruit, black pepper, and baking spices make this wine a standout with roasted meats.
