Folino Estate Winery is passionate about offering hand crafted wines. While we will do whatever we can to ensure that you are satisfied, due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns of bottles of wine that arrive damaged.  Please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund.  Customerservice@folinoestate.com or 484-866-9098. 

 

MERCHANDISE:  

Standard Returns: Most products in new condition may be returned up to 30 days after delivery. We cannot accept items that have been opened or tampered with.  You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you.
