A medium bodied white, our Sauvignon Blanc is aged in stainless steel and designed to produce a crisp acidity and strong fruit notes such as gooseberry and passion fruit. This wine is known for its intense aromas and long finish. This white pairs well with poultry, lobster, veal, pork and heavy white pasta dishes.
