2020 Sangiovese

Sangiovese is a dry red wine aged in oak. Century old vines of this grape are still in existence in Italy. An ideal food-pairing wine, try it with earthly foods like mushrooms, pizza, and tomato-based pastas. Delicious with hard cheeses such as aged Pecorino Toscano and aged Asiago.
