HOW LONG IS THE SUBSCRIPTION TO THE WINE CLUB?
A wine club subscription is a one-year commitment. After one year, the membership will automatically renew, or you can choose to cancel.
ARE WINES PRE-SELECTED OR DO MEMBERS GET TO SELECT THEIR OWN WINE?
At the beginning of each month, members receive an email detailing the pre-selected wines for the month and a period to customize their own wines. If they do not make their selection in the given time, the pre-selected wines will be ordered for them.
CAN A MEMBER EXCHANGE THEIR WINES IF THEY DONT LIKE THE SELECTION?
After the selection period ends, an exchange can be made with a $5 swap fee.
I JUST JOINED THE CLUB, HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY FIRST CLUB SELECTION?
Our club orders are typically processed on the second Thursday of every month. If you sign up before that day, you can make your selections by logging into your account and selecting "club list." If you sign up after the second Thursday of the month, you will receive your first club selection the following month.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY CLUB SHIPMENT IS ON ITS WAY OR READY FOR PICKUP?
When we process all club orders, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have chosen the ship option, you will receive an email with tracking information. The pickup dates will be listed in your monthly newsletter. Please note that the wines must be picked up during this time. If they are not picked up, the wines will be shipped and an additional fee for shipping will be applied.
WHAT IF I AM GOING TO BE AWAY FROM HOME WHEN MY SHIPMENT IS SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE?
We are happy to work with your schedule before your wines are shipped. If you contact us after the order has already been shipped, simply use your tracking number to make arrangements with UPS directly (we do not have the ability to redirect, recall or hold a shipment).

We have two locations available. When ordering your wines, please be sure to select the location of your preference:

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY WINE?
Yes, the federal government requires that someone 21 or older, with a government-issued identification, be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. You may ship to a home address, but we strongly recommend shipping to a business address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
CAN I CHANGE MY PICKUP/DELIVERY PREFERENCE?
Yes, you can alternate between pickup and delivery throughout your membership, however, if the shipment has already been made you would need to make arrangements with UPS directly using your tracking number.
WHAT IF I END UP WITH A CORKED OR DAMAGED BOTTLE?
In the unlikely event that a bottle arrives damaged or corked notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem for you.
CAN I SWITCH LEVELS?
Yes, you can move up or down throughout your membership. Simply email the Wine Club Concierge.
CAN A FRIEND OR RELATIVE PICK UP MY SHIPMENT?
Yes, please send their name to our Wine Club Concierge or make a notation in the notes section of your order.
HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY WINE CLUB ACCOUNT?
Login to your account (located on the upper right corner of the webpage). Use the drop-down menu to select the item you would like to update. We would be happy to take care of updating your information for you - simply contact the Wine Club Concierge.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
After your one-year subscription has been completed, email your membership cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Note: discounts and perks are based on a one-year membership and therefore, early cancellations may incur a recoupment fee of $75.00.
