Since Andrea & Marco Folino first came up with the idea to open Folino Estate, it has been their passion to bring the Italian culture to Pennsylvania. You've all been so supportive throughout our journey from opening Folino Estate, to Vintner's Table & Vintner's Inn that we wanted to offer the chance to see first-hand where our inspiration comes from.
 

Contest Rules:

Dine with us at Folino Estate or at Vintner's Table, or stay with us at Vintner's Inn during the month of March and ask a staff member for a postcard to fill out for an entry to win. There are no limits to how many entries other than one per day, per guest, per location. 

Staff will choose one winner in April and will notify the winner directly.

To be eligible, you must also follow Folino Estate, Vintner's Table and Vintner's Inn on Instagram and Facebook, and join AAA Travel Group on Facebook at Let's Go There with AAA!

TRIP INCLUDES:

HOW TO ENTER 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. The Spotlight on Tuscany Tour for Two Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM E.T. on March 1, 2023, and ends at 11:59 AM E.T. on March 31, 2023 (the “Contest Entry Period”). To enter: 

1. Follow (A) Folino Estate Winery, Vintner's Table, Vintner's Inn, and AAA Travel's Facebook Group, Let’s Go There with AAA! on Facebook; and (B) Folino Estate Winery, Vintner's Table, Vintner's Inn on Instagram to receive one (1) entry;  

AND 

2. Legibly complete a postcard entry at the following MAF Hospitality locations and return to a staff member: (A) Folino Estate Winery, 340 Old Rt 22, Kutztown, PA 19530; (B) Vintner's Table, 135 Bridge Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460; or (C) Vintner's Inn, 401 West Main Street Kutztown, PA 19530 to receive one (1) entry.  

Limited to one (1) entry per person per (A) social media account; and (B) location per day.  

SPONSOR: The “Sponsor” of this sweepstakes is MAF Hospitality, Inc. and AAA Travel. “Sponsor” means the Sponsor, and other individuals or entities associated with the creation, development, administration, or supply to this Sweepstakes, and each’s affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, and employees.  

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the PA, ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, NJ, MD, DE, OH, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, AL, TN, KY, MS, IN, MI, WI, IL, MO, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, NM, CO, WY, MT, ID, AZ, NV, ID, WA, OR, CA, AK, HI, and the District of Columbia, 18 years and older as of date of entry.  Employees of MAF Hospitality, Folino Estate, Vintner's Table, and Vintner's Inn and members of their households or immediate families (i.e., parent, child, sibling, or spouse and their household members) are ineligible. 

RANDOM DRAWING & WINNER SELECTION: On or about April 2, 2023, the potential Grand Prize Winner (the “Potential Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing by MAF Hospitality from among the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Entry Period. The Potential Winner will be notified approximately two (2) business days after the contest drawing. The Potential Winner will be notified by the email address and/or telephone number included on the applicable Postcard used to enter and must reply within 48 hours of receiving the notification. If the Potential Winner fails to reply to the notification within 48 hours, or if the Potential Winner cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate Potential Winner in a separate random drawing. Sponsor’s decisions shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes promotion. The odds of winning depend on the total number of all eligible entries received. The Potential Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance & Publicity/Liability Release by the time specified in the notification of winning the Prize. 

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. 

GRANT PRIZE AND OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: One (1) Grand Prize (as hereinafter defined) will be awarded. The verified Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a Spotlight on Tuscany Tour for Two for May 22 - May 30, 2024 (the “Grand Prize”). These dates are non-negotiable. Full details of the trip are noted above. Also included: Round trip air from Philadelphia International Airport, air taxes and fees/surcharges, hotel transfers. Not included: cancellation waiver and insurance, any upgrades to seats or class of service or additional nights. Winner must have passport valid for at least six (6) months past the last day of travel. All travel-related and other expenses not set forth herein, including but not limited to additional meals, ground and other transportation, parking, gratuities and incidental hotel expenses, are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all transportation, tax, license, title fees and insurance not noted for transportation and other related applicable expenses. If Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on the dates provided by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and no additional prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion will be required to sign a release before going on the trip. All federal, state, and local taxes and all other expenses not expressly listed in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by Grand Prize Winner. AAA Travel reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize, in whole or in part, for one of equal or greater value. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $7,798.00 USD. 

DISQUALIFICATION FROM SWEEPSTAKES: Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant’s eligibility to participate in this or any future promotion, including, for example, any person who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities. Any use of robotic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries and disqualify any entrants using such methods. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION: Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Sweepstakes will be by collected by Sponsor, and such information will be used for the administration of this Sweepstakes, marketing or other purposes as stated in these Rules and otherwise treated in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policy posted on the Folino Estate Winery, Vintner's Table, Vintner's Inn, and AAA Travel’s websites. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO ALLOW FOLINO ESTATE WINERY, VINTNER’S TABLE, VINTNER’S INN AND AAA TRAVEL TO PERIODICALLY SEND NOTIFICATION OF SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS VIA E-MAIL. IF AT ANY TIME YOU DECIDE THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE CONTACTED FURTHER ABOUT SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS VIA E-MAIL, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE E-MAIL TO UNSUBSCRIBE. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, unintelligible, incomplete, stolen or misdirected entries or prize notifications. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person’s computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes. If, in the judgment of Sponsor, any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes and select the Grand Prize Winner from among the eligible entries received prior to the suspension or termination of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming. 

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding as regards all matters pertaining to this promotion. Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes Grand Prize Winner’s consent to the use of his/her name, photograph, biographical information, and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide, as determined by Sponsor, in any medium whatsoever, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING ANY GRAND PRIZE FURNISHED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (A) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved, individually and without recourse to class action, exclusively in the appropriate courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; (B) in the event of a dispute between the parties regarding the interpretation or enforcement of these Official Rules that results in litigation, the prevailing party shall have its attorneys’ fees, professionals’ fees, and costs paid by the losing party, and such sum may be added to any judgment entered in the litigation; and (C) in no event shall Sponsor be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, whether or not Sponsor is or should be aware of the potential for such damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws provisions thereof. Void in NY, FL, RI, LA, UT, AZ, Puerto Rico, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.  

Spotlight on Tuscany date it May 22-30, 2024 and is not negotiable. Included: Round trip air from Philadelphia Intl Airport, air taxes and fees/surcharge, hotel transfers. Not included: cancellation waiver and insurance any upgrades to seats or class of service or additional nights. Winner must have passport valid for at least six (6) months past the last day of travel. This trip has no cash value and is non-transferrable. 

Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and D.C. 21 years or older. Begins 3/1/23 and ends on 3/31/23. ARV of prize is $7,798. This is a contest where a winner will be chosen by the staff of MAF Hospitality. No purchase necessary.
